The Open Championship returns to St Andrews in July 2027 for its 155th playing. The Home of Golf is the most iconic venue for golf’s oldest “Major” and the whole town and surrounding area will be buzzing with excitement.

We have over 30 properties available for guests ranging from 1 bedroom studios to large houses sleeping up to 12. We have properties in the heart of the town, out of town and down the Fife coast.

Properties are available for a minimum of 7 nights, generally from Saturday 11th or Sunday 12th July.

Our Terms and Conditions differ from normal for Open bookings. We require a 50% deposit up front to secure the booking and this is non-refundable. The balance is then due at the start of January 2027 and again is non-refundable. We strongly recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover for unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation.
