It is also within easy walking distance of all university departments. The apartment's modern design incorporates many superb quality finishes, from the fitted breakfasting kitchen to the oak doors throughout. The bright accommodation comprises entrance hall, sitting room, fitted dining kitchen, master bedroom with zip and link beds which can either be made up with two single beds or one super-king double bed with en suite shower room, two further bedrooms, again with zip and link beds for total flexibility and a family bathroom. There is nowhere more unique than St Andrews. It has world renowned golf courses, miles and miles of sandy beaches, fabulous coastal walks, world-class restaurants and the history of being an esteemed University town. There is something for everybody here.

There are about 30 golf courses within 15 miles. The restaurants in the town are numerous and of excellent quality. Similarly excellent quality is to be found amongst the local shops, with a range of independent boutiques and artisan traders selling unique labels and fresh local produce from St Andrews and the surrounding area. There are music and art festivals held locally during the year.
St Andrews holds a special place in Scotland's history. It takes its name from the Apostle whose relics, legend tells us, were brought to this place in antiquity by St Rule. Scotland later adopted St Andrew as her patron saint and took his saltire cross for her flag. Before the Reformation, the town was the centre of religious life in medieval Scotland, with the bishops wielding great influence over both church and state. St Andrews is also famous as a place of learning. The university, founded in 1410-11, is the third oldest in Britain.
For many visitors, though, it's a game that draws them here, for St Andrews is the home of golf, the sport having been played here for some 600 years. The Old Course is arguably the most famous golf course in the world, and the Royal and Ancient Golf Club is still the ruling body for the rules of golf. Fittingly, the Old Course hosted the Open during the millennium year and did so again in 2005, 2010 and 2015. The Open will return in 2021 when we will see the 150th playing of this historic tournament. Be sure to book your accommodation early. There are 7 fabulous golf courses within the town and many Championship Links courses in neighbouring villages.
St Andrews is a town designed for exploring. The medieval layout of the town centre remains intact, with the main shopping areas concentrated in Market Street and South Street, with Bell Street and Church Street connecting the two principal streets. Take time to explore – on foot – and take pleasure at the surprises and delights you will find.
There are some ancient historic buildings to explore (the Castle and Cathedral are must-sees), museums (including the British Golf Museum), as well as the stunning beaches with all they have to offer and the pier - spectacular for a walk at sunset.

On arrival at St Leonards Fields there is a private parking space to the rear of the property. There are additional guest parking spaces. The beautiful gardens are stunning and a perfect place to enjoy a leisurely hour in the sunshine. The main entrance to the apartment is to the left of the building from the car park.

On entering the lobby proceed to the first floor either by elevator or the stairwell which has beautiful wide stone stairs flooded with natural light from the cupola above.

The front door leads to a spacious hallway for club, bags and shoe storage. With wooden floors throughout and beautiful solid oak finishings this apartment has a wonderful quality feel with fabulous deep sash and case windows with great views and much natural light. Furnished to a very high standard the apartment will ensure you have a very comfortable stay.
There is one corridor with doors leading off. To the right are the 3 double bedrooms - 1 master with en-suite and two further bedrooms all with zip and link beds - and to the left are the family bathroom and breakfasting kitchen. At the end is the sitting room and formal dining room.
