Sleeps 5 - This lovely detached house is situated in the heart of the historic University town of St Andrews. Within a five-minute walk of the local amenities including the several artisan shops and boutiques the town has to offer, it is also within easy walking distance of the 7 golf courses managed by the St Andrews Links Trust. The house is located on Argyle Street, a few minutes walk from the historic Westport arch which leads onto South Street (one of the three main thoroughfares in the town of St Andrews). It is arranged over two floors - the main living accommodation is on the ground floor while the 3 bedrooms are all on the first. There is a large conservatory at the back of the house which overlooks the patio garden area - there is a table with seating for 6, making it the perfect spot for an al fresco evening meal in the hazy Scottish sun. The house has been refurbished and is decorated to a high standard throughout with beautiful white plantation wooden shutters in all the rooms to the front of the house.
