Sleeps 6 - Shoreleave is a fully renovated three storey townhouse in St Monans with fabulous views and stunning outside space. On the ground floor there is a beautiful open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has comfortable seating for 6, a Smart TV and comes complete with a wood-burning stove. Moving through the living room there is a generous dining table and then a fully fitted modern kitchen.Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two super-king doubles and one twin, Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite shower and there is a further bathroom.

What really sets Shoreleave apart from other houses in the area is the spectacular terraced rear garden. There is a fabulous decked seating area with uninterrupted views out over the Firth of Forth.

This house will be popular throughout the year and is a fantastic base from which to explore all that the East Neuk has to offer, in all seasons.

St Monans is a charming historic fishing village on the East Neuk of Fife, offering a peaceful coastal setting with easy access to St Andrews and the surrounding villages. Perfectly positioned along the Fife Coastal Path, it provides an excellent base for exploring the area's stunning coastline, picturesque harbours and beautiful beaches. Nearby villages including Pittenweem, Anstruther and Elie are all within a short drive, while St Andrews can be reached in around 20 minutes.

The village is steeped in maritime history, with its picturesque harbour remaining the heart of the community. Once home to a thriving boat-building industry and historic salt pans, St Monans retains much of its traditional character while offering visitors a warm welcome and a relaxed pace of life.

On arrival in St Monans Shoreleave lies at the far end of the village beyond the harbour. The property sits directly on West End, which is a narrow street. On arrival you should be able to pull onto the kerb outside the house to allow off loading of belongings but then you should carry on the end of the street and follow it round to the right. This leads you onto Braehead where there is ample on street parking. There is access into the Shoreleave's garden from Braehead.

Once inside the property the open plan living/dining and kitchen area is on the left hand side of the hall.

Living Room/Dining Area - this is a cosy and welcoming space with two generous sofas, a wood burning stove and Smart TV. There is a large under stair storage cupboard accessed off the living room. There is a lovely dining table which will comfortably accommodate 6 adults.

Kitchen - the kitchen is fully fitted and is equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday with a fridge freezer, 5 burner gas hob, integrated electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, and combination washing machine and dryer.

Carpeted stairs lead to the first floor.

Master bedroom - a large bright double bedroom with a king size bed, There are two windows overlooking the street and with views to the sea beyond. There is generous storage and room for a seating area with a sofa. The room benefits from a large en-suite shower room. All in all a lovely master suite.

Family Bathroom - there is a family bathroom on this floor with a compact bath with shower over.

A further flight of stairs takes you to the second floor.

Bedroom 2 - another bright bedroom with a south facing dormer window giving fabulous views. Again this bedroom benefits from a lovely en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 3 - the last of the bedrooms, this time furnished with twin beds and a large velux window overlooking the rear garden.

Access to the garden is taken from the first floor and the ground rises through two terraces and beyond to a rear exit onto Braehead. The garden, decked area and patio add so much to this property. The spacious decked area fully equipped with table and chairs. The whole area is illuminated with solar lights.

This is a special house right in the heart of a thriving East Neuk fishing village.

Please be aware that the stairs in the property are quite steep and narrow but there are good handrails.The ceilings on the top floor are coombed and tall guests will need to take care.
