Sleeps 4 - 9A Pilmour Links is a beautifully presented two bedroomed second floor apartment within 2 minutes walk of the Old Course. All that St Andrews has to offer is only a short walk from the apartment including many restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment occupies the second floor of a south facing traditional Victorian terrace and it has two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and a further shower room. There is a beautiful lounge overlooking Pilmour Links and a compact fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has been recently renovated throughout and is beautifully furnished in a traditional style. All in all, 9A provides a fabulous place to stay in the heart of the town, and for golfers, places them in the centre of this golfing paradise.

Access to 9A Pilmour Links is taken through a shared entrance with St Regulus Golf Club with a door from the entrance hall leading to the apartment door at first floor level. Once inside the flat the stairs lead to a half-landing with a newly refurbished shower room.

The stairs continue up to the main landing which has a large cupola above providing excellent natural light to this space. The rest of the apartments rooms are entered of the landing.

The Living Room is a large and bright room with a south facing bay window. The room is generously furnished with ample seating and a separate dining table. It is open plan to the Kitchen which is of modern design and fully equipped with Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave and Washer/Dryer.

The Main Bedroom has a king-sized double bed and looks out over rooftops to Hamilton Grand and the sea. It has an en suite bathroom, with a bath and shower over.

The Second Bedroom is next to the Living Room and has a Small double bed.

The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
