At this point South Street is a wide tree-lined boulevard with generous pavements and an almost continental feel. All that the town centre has to offer by way of shops, bars and restaurants is only a few steps away but despite that the house is located in a more tranquil part of the town centre.
There is a generous living room and separate dining room on the first floor with both rooms overlooking South Street and also on this floor is the beautifully refitted kitchen. The rooms on the first floor make wonderful use of the original exposed stone walls.
On the second and third floors the sleeping accommodation is extremely flexible with 4 double bedrooms that can either be super king size or twin bedded and two further single bedrooms, one bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there are two further shower rooms.
On the ground floor there is a generous entrance hall with a golf club storage area and through the utility area there is access to an outside courtyard area with seating.
This is a very special house for your special trip to St Andrews.
