Sleeps 6/8 - Lovely first floor apartment in the centre of St Andrews with a private parking space. Kennedy Gardens offers an ideal base from which to explore St Andrews and beyond. Whether a group of golfers looking to play the great courses or a family coming to enjoy a holiday this apartment is ideal. A fabulous living room, fully equipped kitchen/diner, two large double/twin bedrooms, a double box bedroom and a pull-down double bed in the living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 or 6, each in their own bed. You can walk to the first tee of the Old Course in under 10 minutes and the centre of the town is a 5 minute walk away. All in all, it would be hard to beat Kennedy Gardens and you really need to come and try it for yourself.

There is a gravel parking area to the front of the original house and access to the apartment is via a side door and shared staircase, Before going up the stairs there is a large store cupboard inside the front door which is ideal for storing golf clubs, kids buggies, etc.

On entering the apartment there is a small vestibule area with hooks to hang your coats. There is a large, bright hallway off which all of the apartments rooms are located.

The Living Room This is a fabulous high ceilinged room with a large bay window overlooking the gardens opposite. The living room includes a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating for up to 8. There is also a pull-down double bed in this room (see photographs).

The Kitchen There is a gorgeous modern kitchen with a dining area that can comfortably seat 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a washing machine in a separate cupboard off one of the bedrooms. Off the kitchen there is access to a small balcony with a bench.

Bedroom 1 This is a generous bedroom with plenty of storage and hanging space. It has zip and link beds and can be set up as either a twin room or a king size double room.

Bedroom 2 Again this is a generous bedroom with plenty of storage and hanging space. It too has zip and link beds and can be set up as either a twin room or a king size double room.

Bedroom 3 This is a box bedroom with just enough room for a double bed - ideal for kids or a single adult. (see photograph).
