Greyfriars Gardens lies in the centre of St Andrews between North Street and Market Street. The street consists of a range of terraced homes which overlook gardens to the west.

Within walking distance are the ancient ruins of the 13th century Castle and 12th century Cathedral. There are miles of golden sandy beaches. Just outside your door are a great selection of shops, restaurants and bars. An independent cinema is just around the corner. Also in St Andrews there are art galleries, museums, and not forgetting the 3rd oldest university in the world.

The location of this apartment will appeal to golfers with the world famous Old Course just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. For those wishing to golf you will be spoiled for choice with around 50 golf courses spread throughout the Kingdom of Fife.

A small stone staircase leads up to the front door of 15 Greyfriars Gardens which gives access to the shared hallway. The front door to the apartment is immediately on the left and a staircase from here with decorative wrought iron balustrades and wooden banisters curve up to the landings above. Half way up the stairs a split in the staircase leads to the newly fitted modern kitchen.

The staircase continues up the first floor where there is a fabulous living room and a master bedroom with en-suite shower room. The living room has wonderful large windows providing ample natural light, working shutters and leafy views over Greyfriars Gardens. It is a great room in which to relax after a busy day in and around St Andrews.

The master bedroom benefits from a generous en-suite shower room. The bedroom can be set up as either a twin or king sized double.

The staircase continues to the second floor where there are a further two twin or super king bedrooms, one with a large dormer window overlooking Greyfriars Gardens and the other with views over St. Andrews to the rear.

The accommodation is completed by a family bathroom with WC, wash hand basin, bath and shower cubicle.

No 15 has been refurbished to a high standard and is a really lovely town centre apartment.

Please be aware that the annual Lamas Street Market will be in operation in St Andrews from the 7th August until 11th August 2026 which will affect the apartment. These streets will be very busy and noise can travel from the market to the apartment. On street car parking will not be available at this time and street access will be limited.
