On arrival at Golf Court, please use the designated parking space for this apartment (the space is no.10) - you may also use any of the visitor spaces or the ample on street parking. The apartment includes free WiFi and Sky TV. Golf View is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. There is a patio leading from the master bedroom out to the golf course. This patio boasts BBQ equipment and plenty of garden furniture. There is also a patio at the front of the apartment, again with garden furniture - ideal for sitting out for morning coffee in the sunshine or reading the Sunday papers. The front door leads to a hall area which will keep many a golf addict entertained with the memorabilia which adorns the walls and a sideboard with a collection of games for a rainy afternoon. There is plenty of room for coats, shoes etc. To the right is the main bathroom and the second and third bedroom. To the left is the living/ dining/ kitchen area. Straight on is the master bedroom featuring a bookcase with a selection of general and sporting books. There is also an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom.
Living/ Dining/ Kitchen area: This is a spacious and comfortable room to the front of the apartment. Benefiting from the morning and afternoon sun this is a great family holiday space.
