Sleeps 5 - A beautiful spacious ground floor garden apartment in central St Andrews. This apartment, set in lovely garden grounds, is in a quiet location but very central for the town centre. Surrounded by the Lade Braes Park, this is a perfect spot from which to explore St Andrews and the Fife coastline. Great for golfers as all the golf courses are easily accessible from here. The famous Old Course and West Sands beach is a 5 minute walk away. The Coastal Path is within easy reach for walkers and the many cycling routes make this a great location.

On arrival In St Andrews the apartment is accessed from Argyle St. Parking is on Argyle St. Enter the property down the lane through the back garden. Access is through the back door into a hall which is very spacious for storing clubs etc.
Bedroom 1: To the right is the first bedroom with a zip and link king size bed. This room is very spacious with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers. The view from the window is to the back garden.
Family bathroom: To the left is the hallway and the family bathrooms complete with bath, shower and wash hand basin.
Lounge dining room: is to the left . This lovely room is extremely spacious with windows at either end. The lovely bay window to the front of the room looks out over the front garden and the Brae. The dining table seats 5. There is a hatch from the dining area into the kitchen to make serving easy. The lounge area has ample seating for 5 and there is a Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: A door from the lounge leads to a small single bedroom and a glassed drying area.
The door to the left leads to the hall and the kitchen and the second bedroom. (There is a door off the hall that leads to an annex. This is locked and soundproofed.)
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, with plenty of cutlery and dishes for 5 people.
Bedroom 3: is a spacious bedroom with a zip and link king size bed. It has a large wardrobe space and chest of drawers. The window looks out to the garden at the front of the house.
Gardens: The front door leads out to the front garden and a garden across the path of the Lade Braes for guests use. The garden to the rear is enclosed.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE IS A SMALL POND IN THE FRONT GARDEN AND WE ASK THAT ALL CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED IN THIS AREA
