Sleeps 2 - Strathtyrum Gate Lodge is a special property. This stunning one bedroomed lodge lies at the main entrance to Strathtyrum Estate on the outskirts of St Andrews. The property has undergone a complete refurbishment to a very high standard. It comprises a beautiful living/kitchen area, a double bedroom and a shower room. There is lovely garden ground and an outdoor sitting area. There is ample parking.
The Lodge is two minutes walk from Strathtyrum Farmhouse and the two properties could be rented together for a total of 8 people.

As already said The Gate Lodge is a special property which has been refurbished and equipped with impeccable taste.
The newly created kitchen area has at it's heart a small Everhot range cooker with two ovens and hotplates.There is a fridge, washing machine, coffee machine and ample accessories for two.
The living area has two large armchairs, one probably big enough for two, there is also a small table and two chairs for dining. The room benefits from a built in wood burner for cold winter evenings.
There is a double bedroom with two windows, a chest of drawers and cupboard hanging space. Off the bedroom is a comfortable shower room with walk in shower, wash hand basin and wc.
There is outside garden space and a bench.
