The Fife Coastal Route Walk is easily accessible and there are fantastic walks to both St Monans and round the coast towards Shell Bay and Lower Largo. Elie is a popular coastal village famed for its "way of life" and amenities. Elie Beach stretches from the nearby Pier in a broad sweep over some 1 1/4 miles to Earlsferry point and borders both the village of Elie and nearby Earlsferry. Both villages combined form a Royal Burgh and provide a wonderful environment for beach activities and water sports. In addition, Elie has a well regarded Links Course which is used as a qualifying course when the open championship comes to St. Andrews every five years.In addition, Elie sports club also has all weather tennis courts, a nine-hole course, particularly suited to children, and in the summer there are well organized children's activity clubs on a daily basis. The High Street has an interesting selection of shops including a delicatessen, a former Michelin-starred restaurant and two banks.
The East Neuk of Fife is one of Scotland's favored holiday destinations and is well known for its mild maritime climate and pretty coastal villages and harbours. St Andrews, approximately 13 miles away, is famed worldwide as the home of golf and, in addition to the seven courses run by the Links Trust at St Andrews, there are many other well regarded local courses including Lundin Links, Crail, Kingsbarns and Leven.
Edinburgh is some 43 miles and there are also daily train services from nearby Kirkcaldy as well as domestic and international flights from Dundee airport.

On arrival at Golf Court, please use the designated parking space for this apartment (the space is no.10) - you may also use any of the visitor spaces or the ample on street parking. The apartment includes free WiFi and Sky TV. Golf View is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. There is a patio leading from the master bedroom out to the golf course. This patio boasts BBQ equipment and plenty of garden furniture. There is also a patio at the front of the apartment, again with garden furniture - ideal for sitting out for morning coffee in the sunshine or reading the Sunday papers. The front door leads to a hall area which will keep many a golf addict entertained with the memorabilia which adorns the walls and a sideboard with a collection of games for a rainy afternoon. There is plenty of room for coats, shoes etc. To the right is the main bathroom and the second and third bedroom. To the left is the living/ dining/ kitchen area. Straight on is the master bedroom featuring a bookcase with a selection of general and sporting books. There is also an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom.

Living/ Dining/ Kitchen area: This is a spacious and comfortable room to the front of the apartment. Benefiting from the morning and afternoon sun this is a great family holiday space. The living room has a 2 and 3 seater sofa and separate armchair. Hardwood flooring and rugs with other pieces of occasional furniture. This room is quite contemporary and there is a cosy living flame fire for the chillier days. There is a TV with SKY digital channels and a DVD player. There is also a Sonos wifi music system. The dining table seats 6 and this area leads to a patio with seating for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, integrated microwave, hob, electric oven and fridge/ freezer. (The washing machine and tumble drier are in the hall cupboards).
Master Bedroom En-Suite: Furnished with a comfortable double bed with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table. This room benefits from patio doors leading out to the back garden and patio. Beyond the wall is the 9-hole golf course. The Porcelanosa en-suite has top of the range fittings and finishes and includes a shower, wc and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2: Furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe this spacious room has views out to the garden and golf course.
Bedroom 3: Furnished with a single bed with pullout, this bedroom also faces out to the golf course. Please note that if the pull out bed for a 6th guest is required it does fill the room as it is the smallest room.
