Sleeps 12 (10 adults and 2 children) - Seaspray is a stunning house in Elie, Fife. Only 12 miles from St Andrews, this is a perfect house for group holidays or large families. With a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor it is suitable for accommodating an elderly relative. Three of the bedrooms can be set up as twins or doubles. To the harbour end of Elie, it is in one of the most desirable locations of this village. With views of the beaches and the harbour. There is also a small balcony off the sitting room to enjoy the views, this is a perfect spot. Seaspray is a modern 3 storey house with spectacular sea views from the upper 2 levels. The top floor of this property has 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) with spectacular sea views with an ensuite Jack and Jill shower room with WC. The first floor has 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) a bathroom with shower over the bath and a large lounge with ample comfortable seating. On the lower level there is a family bedroom (double bed and adult sized bunk beds for childrens use only) with en-suite shower room, a dining room, well equipped kitchen and utility room. The property has a driveway with space for 3 cars and a secluded garden with patio area.

This property is modern and well furnished to make your stay as relaxed as possible. On arrival at Seaspray there is ample off road parking for 3 cars to the front of the house. There is outdoor seating, a great place to enjoy a morning coffee. The owner offers 20% off watersports at the beach.

With lots to keep the whole family busy, it's no wonder that Elie has been a popular holiday destination for hundreds of years. The picturesque village has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Take time to meander through the village and visit some of the shops (including a greengrocer, delicatessen, chemist and gift shops) then relax with a refreshment in one of the friendly coffee shops or bars.
The village boasts 4 glorious sandy beaches and also an intriguing volcanic beach where families can be seen sifting the sand in the hunt for the famous ‘Elie Rubies'. Proud to have been awarded the coveted Blue Flag award, the harbour beach is the busiest area, where you can enjoy canoeing, sailing, pedaloes and inflatable water rides at the Watersports Centre that nestles in the dunes.
For the energetic visitor, Elie Sports Club offers a number of activities including tennis, putting bowls, driving range and a 9 hole golf course. The Elie links golf course stretches over 6273 yards and dates back to the 16th century. Today it is a fabulous Championship golf course.
A short walk to West Bay on the shores of the golf course, you will find the ‘Chain Walk', a series of chains that are secured to the cliffs allowing adventurous walkers to discover remote caves and rock pools. Avoid getting your feet wet by making sure that you do the walk at low tide. For the less adventurous, the coastal path stretches in both directions and has some stunning walks with breathtaking views.
The ‘Lady's Tower' that rests above the rocks at Elie Ness was designed and built for Lady Anstruther who resided in the village and was used for her to change before going for her daily swim in the waters below, it is said that a bell ringer would ring his bell in order to alert the locals to stay away whilst the lady was bathing. Today it retains much of its charm, the fireplace and chimney are still visible and the commanding views form the windows take in Elie Lighthouse to the west and St Monans to the east.

With easy access to the beach, watersports, golf and coastal path, this is a perfect place for a holiday. The entrance hall leads to the ground floor and to the right is a door through to the large dining room, kitchen and utility and the downstairs bathroom with a walk in shower. To the left is the family room which also adjoins the bathroom.
Dining Room: This lovely sunny room has plentiful seating for 12 people and 2 dining tables. There is a dresser well-stocked with dishes and cutlery for 12 . A lovely room for entertaining or a casual breakfast by the window or out on the patio.
Kitchen: This fabulous modern kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking requirements. Microwave, gas cooker with electric oven, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker. Doors from this room lead to the rear outdoor patio area. This area has a small table and chairs and is fully enclosed. To the left of the room is the utility room through which there is access to the bathroom. The utility has a washer and separate drier.
Bathroom: This room is en-suite to the bedroom but also has a separate access off the utility. It has a whb, wc and walk in shower.
Bedroom 1: This large room has a super king double bed and adult sized bunk beds and can sleep 2 adults and 2 children. It has views is to the front of the house. This is a large bright room.
The stairs lead to the first floor and the large sitting room, a double and a twin bedroom and the family bathroom.
Sitting Room: This room has ample seating for 12 people and wonderful views out to sea. There is a small balcony to enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on!! There is Freeview TV with digital channels and a DVD player.
Bedroom 2: This is a twin bedroom with chest of drawers and bedside tables. The views are to the rear of the property and across Elie village.
Family bathroom: Complete with bath and shower over bath this room is a great place to unwind after a hard days golf or coastal walk with a good soak.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom to the front of the house with views overlooking lighthouse.
Stairs lead to the second floor and two further bedrooms and a shared en-suite Jack and Jill shower room.
Bedroom 4: A large master bedroom with comfy super king-size bed and stunning views to the sea.
Bedroom 5: A twin bedroom with views to May Island all the way round to Elie Harbour
Bathroom: The en-suite is a shared room between the 2 bedrooms with large enclosed shower, whb and wc.
