Tosh Cottage is a stylish house occupying a fabulous rural location surrounded on all sides by farmland. It has three bedrooms, a modern shower room, a spacious kitchen/diner (with wood burning stove), a spectacular hexagonal living room and extensive mature gardens. The cottage is well equipped with everything you might need for a home from home feel. One potentially liberating factor is that the mobile phone signal is poor to non-existent at the cottage but there is wifi available. The property lies up a private road just outside the hamlet of Dunino and is 10 minutes drive from the centre of St Andrews. The wonderful fishing villages of the Fife coast are just 10-15 minutes drive in the opposite direction. If you are looking to get away from it all but still have access to all that Fife has to offer then Tosh Cottage is just the place.
Dunino sits 4 miles south of St Andrews and Tosh Cottage lies about a mile outside this tiny hamlet. It truly is in an idyllic rural location.
You are a 10 minute drive from St Andrews and all that is on offer in the Home of Golf and the site of Scotland's oldest university.
You are also an equal distance from the picturesque fishing villages that line the coast of the East Neuk of Fife.
So days can be spent sampling the varied aspects of these wonderful locations and then you can retreat to the relative sanctuary of Tosh Cottage and enjoy the peace and quiet on offer.

Tosh Cottage is arranged on a single level to provide stylish accommodation in a gorgeous rural setting.
On entering the house there is a WC/Cloakroom to your left and a spacious entrance hallway.
From here you can enter the spectacular hexagonal lounge with its vaulted ceiling and feature lighting. There is a comfortable suite, TV (with Freeview) and feature fireplace making for a wonderfully relaxed feel. There are patio doors to a decked area with great views over the surrounding countryside. There is also an electric fire for additional heating.
Crossing the entrance hallway there is a single bedroom on your right with lovely views to the rear garden and beyond.
The kitchen/dining room has a wonderful cottage feel with a dining table, a sofa and a wood burning stove and a well equipped fitted kitchen. There is an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, combined washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment and all of the other appliances that would expect to find.
There are two further bedrooms one twin and one with zip and link beds which can be either made up as two single beds or a king-size double. Both bedrooms have generous wardrobes and hanging space.
Finally there is a recently refitted shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.
Tosh Cottage benefits from extensive garden ground and ample parking on the gravelled driveway.
