This lovely spacious ground floor apartment is well-appointed and a fabulous home with a private garden to the rear and off-street parking for one car. The house is situated in the Buchanan Gardens area of town about a 10 minute walk from the town centre and very close to the golf courses and beaches.
The accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms and one twin/double king sized zip-and-link bed. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. There is a separate guest WC. The apartment has an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area.
On entering the house, you will find yourself in a spacious hallway which leads to all of the rooms.
To the left is the open-plan kitchen/living room/dining area. It really is the hub of this house. The living area has a very comfortable L-shaped sofa with a dining table for 6 in the beautiful bay window. It is also equipped with a flat screen television which has Freeview channels and Sky. There is also a DVD player. A very stylish and modern room. It is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/drier, separate fridge and freezer. The large open-plan space is flooded with light on sunny days thanks to the large bay window.
There is a guest WC off the hallway. The hallway leads out to the private garden which has a garden table and chairs making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sunny day or perfect for entertaining in the evening.
